What are the key ingredients to an authentic South African holiday?

Thanks to everyone who entered our Authentick Knysna Forest Adventure competition. We asked contestants what their ingredients were to an authentic South African holiday and we were overwhelmed by the response. In fact, we liked it so much, we had to publish some of the entries:

Beach, Bush, BonfiresBraaivleis, Biltong, BeautyBikinis & Beer. OK, not so much bikini’s and beer as great companions and good wine, but you get the drift.
